The Fringe of Colour Responses project is a daring platform dedicated to writing about performance art and film in a way that challenges the more quantitative-oriented culture of reviewing. We are seeking to recruit additional Black writers and Writers of Colour to join our brilliant Responses team!

We will be programming a wide range of moving image and filmed performance art for Fringe of Colour Films 2023, a hybrid arts festival based online and in Edinburgh. This includes stage performances, readings, stand-up, sketches, dance, music, documentary and animation, traditional and non-traditional films. Basically anything that falls under the banner of "moving image"! Our programme will be made up of a combination of short films and feature-length content.

Our programme will mostly be made up of short films, however we may accept some feature-length content.
